Abbott Hughes employs its candidates through a Contract-To-Hire program. You can set the candidates pay rate or Abbott Hughes can negotiate this for you. We negotiate with our clients an agreed hourly rate, which includes all costs of payroll, taxes and necessary insurance during a specified amount of time. Our clients benefit by having time to "try before you buy" by previewing the candidates performance and capabilities before having to commit to a hiring decision. This helps to minimize potential bad hiring decisions and reduces claims for unemployment or workers compensation. At the end of the specified amount of time, our clients can convert the candidate to their payroll at no additional charge.
